UAE Customers

  • Exchange only is available, within 1 week (7 days) of delivery
  • No returns or refunds are accepted
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Customized / made-to-measure abayas are not eligible for exchange

International Customers

  • No exchange or return is available on international orders
  • Please refer carefully to our size chart or contact us for custom measurements before ordering

How to Request an Exchange (UAE only)

Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
